Shipping

We Ship Worldwide!

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment by the Hong Kong Post Courier Service and usually take 3 to 10 working days to arrive at the destination. Please provide your telephone number in the order form which we then include in the "To" field of the shipping forms. This can help expedite delivery to the recipient address should problems occur in the destination country.

Please also provide your valid email address during the order process so that we can reach you if we have any problems with your order. We will never sell or share your private information (see privacy policy for more info)

For Orders shipped within Hong Kong

We aim to dispatch orders that are received before 3pm on the same day. The package usually arrives on the following day.

For Orders shipped Overseas

Overseas orders can take up to a week or more to arrive depending on the local postage service of the destination country. Once the order has been dispatched, a Hong Kong Post Courier Service tracking number will be emailed to you as part of the order confirmation email. You can monitor the progress of your order delivery online by using the tracking reference number on the Hong Kong Post Courier Service web site (http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp)

Shipping costs

Solarsuit.com.hk uses a fixed amount for postage/shipping costs within Hong Kong and another fixed amount for shipping costs internationally. The shipping fee is HKD30 within Hong Kong and HKD170 for all international shipments. These costs are automatically added to the product price when checking out online.

Delivery Failure

If an item fails to arrive within 15 working days then please contact us. We will do everything we can to find the location of the item via its tracking code and/or ship a new item (same size & colour) immediately to you.

Stock

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock we shall endeavor to source the item for you as quickly as possible. You can either send an email to info@solarsuit.com.hk to request the item specifically or simply sign up to our newsletter to be notified automatically when new product collections and more stocked items are available.

Returns

Faulty Goods or incorrect order

On the very rare occasion that a customer receives an incorrect, faulty or defective item, please return is to us within 14 days of receipt. If the item is faulty, we may repair or replace the item at our discretion, provided we are satisfied that the fault or defect was caused by defective workmanship or faulty materials. Please return the items unworn, with the original labelling, with a description of the fault or defect. You will pay for the cost of return; we will pay for the shipping cost of the replaced goods back to you. Please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive back to us and another 10 working days for the replacement item to be delivered to you.

Change of order

Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, then please contact us immediately at info@solarsuit.com.hk. If the order has not been sent we can change it for you. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel or vary an order.

Payments

All payments are processed in HKD on the PayPal website, either via a PayPal account or via a Credit Card. The Credit options for payment are; MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Payment will be debited from your card/PayPal account before dispatch of the goods you have purchased. All payments are processed securely by PayPal using encrypted data processing and secure servers.

Duties & Taxes

The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties and/or VAT payable at the destination country. For destinations outside of Hong Kong, there will be customs declarations on the shipment package indicating the invoice value and that the package contains 'clothing'.
